Carolyn Henderson is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMCH) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy. She is a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Carolyn has a focus on helping others develop healthy relationships. Her areas of expertise are couples’ therapy, developing healthy relationships, pre-marital and marital counseling, crisis counseling, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, caregiver support, and supporting individuals with a spouse who struggles with addictions and substance abuse. Carolyn has over 10 years experience as a trauma and crisis mental health counselor.
A graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Carolyn offers Christian Mental Health counseling to those seeking counseling with a Christian focus.
As a Professional Coach Carolyn provides career development coaching, guiding clients to in-depth self-awareness into their interpersonal, professional, and leadership styles. In addition to being a prominent Director of Coaches and pre-marital relationship therapist, Carolyn has presented at executive educational programs speaking on the topics of personality preferences and associated behaviors, conflict resolution, relationships, and communication styles. She has also presented at workplaces, colleges, churches, and community events on the topics of mental health, healthy relationships, and domestic & intimate partner violence.

Her diverse therapeutic approach provides support and practical feedback, helping clients to effectively address personal and professional life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
